Zenobi Software Adventures Game Without a Name THE BACKGROUND: In the dark, deep corners of what is laughingly called 'The Office' lie a multitude of various things, some of which totally defy any sort of description. But in one far corner is a large cardboard box stuffed full of cassettes. This box contains the numerous tapes that have been sent in over the years - some won't load, some are crap and some do not even have a 'return address' with them. It is amongst this latter category that the little gem you are currently clutching in your sweaty little paw was to be found. It arrived un-announced and with absolutely no 'documentation' to accompany it. Over the years it gathered dust and was almost completely forgotten about. That is until one day the cat decided to have a kip in the box and turned it over on to its side. Whilst shoving all the cassettes back in again one caught my eye - plugging in the old +2 it was quickly loaded up and lo and behold another 'epic' was on its way to the waiting masses, that is after some extensive play-testing, de-bugging and general sprucing-up. So sit back and enjoy a 'nearly long-forgotten' game. THE STORY SO FAR: Constructed in the same style as such classic games as 'BUGSY', 'THE BOGGIT' and even 'RETARDED CREATURES AND CAVERNS', "GAME WITHOUT A NAME" is an enjoyable little romp through the 'spoof' world of such luminaries as St. Brides and Delta 4. The objective of the whole game is a simple one - you start at the START, pass through the MIDDLE and end up at the END - what more could you ask for??? The "star" of the game is a lowly little apprentice known as EXLAX and his journey starts in the musty confines of an almost familiar dungeon ... well it does look like so many others of its ilk! All YOU, or anybody else come to that, has to do is make your way out of this dungeon and back to normality ... simple task for one such as you!!! NOTES The game will recognise all the standard commands, such as RAMSAVE and RAMLOAD but only use these as temporary 'saved-positions' - always use the more permanent ones such as SAVE and LOAD in order to make a genuine record of any progress you may make in the game.
