As I've already enquiried Retro Gamer DVD with all 30 first issues enclosed, I'm trying to survive to RG physical magazines. A worthy amount for each one would be 20% discount over its original price, unless I'm completely open to your offers.

Issues are: 6, 7, 9, 10, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26. All in excellent condition, except 22, partially torn in the middle (I found it bent in my postal box). This particular one is priced 2,50 Pounds or 5,99 Euro.

Does anyone know where I might get hold of a Ferranti ULA5C112E-3??

I think this is the problem with one of my rubber key 48K's as it otherwise works but a very short time after turning on, the sinclair writing starts to disintergrate and the screen starts to go yellow and the chip gets untouchable:-? This may well be a lost cause, if it is it is! Ive already nicked the Membrane out of it, but if I could reserect another speccy, all to the good!

I just noticed Ive put this in Sales it should be in Wanted, sorry folks!

Thanks in advance,

From my usual source, the guy who runs the junk shop down the road.

Unfortunatley, his old man, who can't grasp the whole "retro" idea. Threw out the carts and the accesorries, even though they'd probably be worth the most. Oh, and he cut the lead off quite close to the casing....

Looks okay otherwise. 99% of the stuff I've sourced from him, I've sold on, often on here, with no problems, untested.

This is very much sold as seen. Any interest let me know.

Hoping for around a tenner if poss.

Hi all,

Having a bit of a clearout and have decided to rehome one of my +2's with a copy of alternative softwares soccer boss.

The machine in question I bought from a really honest ebayer who told me it was working fine but when I got it, it was fucked. Sticking keys, bust power socket and a knackered tape deck all of which have been replaced from a donor machine with a dead mainboard.

Anyone interested heres the listing

tested the machine last night and it works fine, loaded several games including soccer boss and had a bit play for an hour or so.

Deus Ex Machina: hear Mel Croucher sing! Actually it's not as bad as you might think, he sounds like a geekier Derek Griffiths.

R-Type: distribution denied, of course.

Copyfitter: indeed it's R@RE, but WOSsers note, the Spectrum Tape Preservation crew have already seen to it, so no worry on that front

Jedi Dex: has nothing to do with Spectrums, except they both have funny nonstandard keys :)
