I grabbed them just in case they disappear, so they are here and there.

Very strange... is this the work of some kind of extremist retro hacker?

That is an excellent Dutch service.

I always imagined that the uk teletext site would complement the stuff on my TV.

It started off as a news service which I bookmarked but then ended up selling cheap holidays.

I'm sure that UK teletext has a messageboard but I've never looked for it.

If you own the couch or lazyboy then remove it from the telly room immediately until the two of you have arranged for mutual custody of the 'mote.

I can't get teletext on my computer so read it when she is out. You can watch TV programs though

Brilliant! :D Sadly the link's not working anymore, but thanks for the screenshots Skarpo.

Hooy Programs is a Polish/English demo group (Yerzh, Gasman), right? How on earth did this happen?

    Yeah Paul,

    you are right.

I mailed Wolfgang Haller (WOMOTEAM) who confirmed that. I told him to do an interview for his next magazin.

As much as I'd love to pretend it was a l33t hacker escapade, I guess I have to let the cat out of the bag. From what I gather, it's some kind of public access art project that the teletext people are running, where participants are invited to send in their own screens. Yerzmyey was behind these ones.

I first heard about the project while randomly browsing the demoscene site Pouet <http://www.pouet.net/topic.php?which=2575&page=1>, and nearly covered my keyboard in coffee when I saw Hooy-Program's name come up...

I just wish I had put in the URL -03, -04 etc to test other pages instead of hitting "volgende" (next) as when I did that I was sent to a page in the 700's so I thought it was only those two initial pages.
