Before you flame me for this, I have searched and can't find a previous thread on this...

Why can't people check their spelling in posts to WoS?
It can obscure meaning.
I know you're typing fast, but a quick check only takes a few seconds...

    my mind goes blank when confronted with numbers

    i think thats why, even tho i had a speccy since 1983 ive never got into programming


    trouble is now ive got into a job thats all fucking numbers :(
    drill sizes, panel sizes, this number that number
    or

    this time, this many amps, these many boards per jig for this long at these many amps

    I am stolidly against anything which might ever cause the slightest risk of identity theft.

    Though there is one WoSer who thought he had me sussed - PMs back and forth.

    This was a terrible attempt to get revenge after I told everyone I knew who he was.
    He accused me of being his bro'.
    No idea what his brother's like, but knowing feelings between brothers he probably meant it as an insult.

    You'll never lynch me though, I use ZoneAlarm to protect my identity. It's good stuff!

    All I can say, is that I am not anyone you have ever hated including but not limited to:

    OT I know is Off-topic, LOL=Laugh-out-loud, but the rest I haven't a clue. Don't think I saw anything on this in the FAQ, can anyone point me to a listing somewhere?

    Thank you! I thought I was the only one with that problem! And then it apparently selectively disperses search finds depending on where on the planet one is located. I hate it that commercialism plays such a huge role when it comes to doing the simplest of web searches.

    BTW did you guys (and gals) hear about BMW and Google? Read about it here
