    A dozen other large to huge buildings underground.

    Thousands of feet of connecting tunnels.

    Paved roads. Security fencing.

    All underground buildings need to be remodeled to new use.



    I see nothing crazy about wanting to buy that. Assuming I could get any sort of visa to the USA, which I'm fairly sure I can't, and that I had the cash, I'd love to have it.

    Many potential uses, recording studios, green/eco housing, film studios. Or just a cool place to live. I've lived in squats, on a boat, in a commune, in a camper van, actually in the back of my mates Transit van one summer, and in a beach hut. All good fun in my twenties, but now that I have re-joined the rat race, and have in fact invested in bricks and mortar, this is kooky enough to appeal to me. :D
