In the time it has taken me to read it I could have purchased an off the shelf company for less then ?20. Give me another hour and you can have the name you want so long as it hasn't already gone.
So... who's gonna register the company now, and then take legal action against AY-Chip using your registered company name?
Well whatever...as far as I am aware, I haven't shoved two fingers up to anyone and I am 15-the minimum age to be taxed as far as I am aware is 16. So I'll register the company when I'm that age, not before as that is ridiculous.
You are completely wrong. You are liable to tax in the UK at any age. The only reason most children aren't taxed is that they do not earn enough to have to pay tax. Generally, the most common reason some children do pay tax is where there is a large amount of income from trusts. It is a good job your so called company isn't going to earn you enough to make you a tax payer given your complete ignorance of all legal requirements.
You cannot call your business a company when it is not registered as such. The legal form of a company, its seperate legal identity and the whole concept of limited liability mean that there exist a number of legal requirements in order to help provide some protection to creditors.
As I said, you can call it a business but cannot refer to it as a company because it is not and is fraudulent to do so. "Well whatever" is not an accepted legal defence.
Shame you couldn't have expended the energy you have wasted on this in doing something more productive. Like going and standing outside the local Spar and keeping your hands away from the keyboard.
My '[nascent software company]' as I described it, meaning 'something which I intend to create as a software company but which for any of a number of reasons I have so far been unable to', is Alpha-soft, and not the programs bit of Roggle, which I'm sorry to say mysteriousinternaut is not really at any decent standard, you don't even have a compiler so how are the 99.9% of people who don't have a BASIC translator going to use your programs? Also I have to agree with those who have ridiculed your web design as 'It works fine in IE' is NOT an acceptable defense - if you program to the idiosyncrasies of IE you are holding back those browsers which are actually decent. See the thread 'Looks fine in IE, but...' on http://www.spreadfirefox.com/ for more details.

I can confirm that there appears to be two weirdos going to the same school. I know the chances of that happening are rare, but nature plays cruel tricks sometimes.
If you take a look through the old threads in the Adverts forum you'll see quite a few which are non-Spectrum related...
In that case, they should never have been in the Adverts forum. If you want things like this thread to belong in Adverts, get Martijn to change the description. Otherwise, FOGGY! PUT THIS THREAD BACK IN CHIT-CHAT.
Oh, and does Martijn read PMs now? How do I contact him? (I have complaint about fogartylee and a PM he sent me among other things).
Sounds interesting. What PM? The one where I threatented to ban you? Or was it one of the replies to the abusive PM's you sent me?
I think NickH is right. I might just scrap the poll and ban you anyway. Everytime something happens on this forum you get abusive towards me. I don't move posts around and never have. I don't even know if I can. And even if I could, being ordered to by anyone isn't going to make me want to.

I can't see how configuring my browser to block my firewall would help. Surely that would only make matters worse?!? :-?
(Now that's being pedantic!) :D
You are incorrect.
You shag chocolate bars?
Why am I not surprised?

Hehe.
"Take him to the Hall of Destruction for summary processing and combustion."

from the Adverts forum description:
"Anything Speccy you'd like to promote"
Alphasoft isn't Speccy. So it doesn't belong in the Adverts forum.
