It's going to be 25c tomorrow. Yahooo!!! Ahh, they joys of working from home. I think I will work from the garden tomorrow. With some ice cold drinks. Or should I take my laptop to the pub & sit in the beer garden?

These are the decisions I have to make almost daily throughout the summer.

just watch out for bird-flu/bird-shit landing on you.

    that'd be a real shame.

    You utter bastard.

I now work on the Mersey, which seems to act like a wind tunnel every single bloody day.

Not that I'm bitter or anything.

Pah! It was a balmy 40C over here. Another month of temperatures like that and then it'll be the monsoon. I'm looking forward to seeing just how hard it can rain over here.

We're going to have to invent a new swearword to cover people like you.

Foggy is absolutely right with this thread the sun is out, in fact the weather is lovely here in the Northeast (England for those not from the UK). The only thing that winds me up is after I've rammed my overcooked chicken madras down my neck, I'll have to go to bed. It's days like this that make me hate my crappy nightshift job, if I wasn't at work tonight I'd pitch a deck chair at the back of my house and sink some freezing cold tinnies. But that's not gonna happen.

I've decided....bastard this thread has has ruined my life. I feel a clandestine sicky coming on.
    Every night is curry night!

Well I *know* how hard it can rain since I clearly remember the record day it deluged Bombay for a miserable 18 hours or something (June 21 I think it was). Lovely walk through waist deep muddy water for 4 hours to get home from office. Wonder what it will be like this year....

Come to the Wirral. It's the UK's wind-tunnel-slash-water-feature...
