Please help name this text adventure!

Hi everyone,

This has been driving me crazy for years. I'm trying to find out the name of a very surreal text-adventure i played on a friends speccy.

As far as i remember it had 3 initials as the main part of the name, and possibly had the sub-title "random jottings of a deranged mind". Also, (although this could be from a different game), i think there was something in the game about killing a kitten with a bowl of milk that smelled of almonds!

Any idea??? :confused:

    Possibly the boys in black took out a naughty kitty with milk laced with arsenic.

    Wasn't "Zzz" supposed to be surreal - never played it.

    Bit more iconic than text based though.

    The most surreal text adventure I remember playing was called 'The Experience' by Players software. I think it's MIA on the WOS site.

    I remember a tailor's dummy, eating glass to kill yourself and a samurai sword lying around.. Really strange and surreal.

    Maybe this is it ? Just a wild guess...

    Nope...none of those!

    Good suggestions though. I've looked up the entries and none of them fit.

    I don't think its "The Experience" as that is listed as being an illustrated adventure...which i'm pretty sure this wasn't.

    But we are going back 20 years so my memory is a little hazy. I can barely remember what colour underwear i've got on....

    So far, the Oracle is stumped... Some other enlightened people will be consulted, I'll get back to you with any suggestions...

    Maybe you've been eating too much cheese and drinking too much coffee? :)

    Around this time I would have expected our resident adventure guru aka Adventurer to step up and tell us the name of the game. Unfortunately, Adventurer hasn't been seen in the forums for many moons now. He's away on some exciting adventure no doubt.
