Well it's only mid-evening here. But I'm keeping the volume of the telly down low so I don't wake any of you up.

    I'm considerate like that.

owt good on telly over there?

You must get Trailer Park Boys, hope you`ve watched that before :)

I've never heard of that show ... Maybe my neighbours up north in Canadahoobia have? They resort to all sort of problem-solving to keep warm ;-)

I haven't been watching TV, wifey is playing Guitar Hero II with gusto. I caught a few Spongebob episodes on Nick, early this morning. They had a "fave 100 ep." 24hr marathon thingy.

TV here is mostly crap - lowest common denominator stuff. Mostly American rubbish as you'd expect, reality shows, talk shows, etc. I only really watch the main shows like Lost, etc.

Must admit I've never watched the Trailer Park Boys - had to google it just now to find out it's actually a Canadian show!

I mostly just watch DVDs; films and lots of British shows; comedies, Doctor Who, and so on.

That's not the only thing we have to resort to in order to keep warm in winter! I don't know where the Canadian reputation for being reserved comes from. That's not been my experience... ;)

Har har har ... I have heard the rumours about the Canadians and their willingness to ... erm ... "explore" alternate sources of heating. And with that I must go do some hay-hitting of my own ... zzz.

I'd joined your cupboard hiding :) but at that time I was at our gig, got home at 2 in the morning...
    I don't need much sleep I suppose :)

Unusually, it's very quiet at home right now. Amy and both the girls are asleep. For medical reasons, I had to have my breakfast now..

If anyone wants to explore alternative sources of heating, they should consider cuddling up to Amy. She has a condition which makes her pile on the weight when pregnant - she's normally 9 stone but right now, she's 15 stone (not including pregnancy bumps or inflated breasts) and she's only 3 months gone. When she's like this, just cuddle up to her and she'll warm you up.

But CPC Zone is generally a quiet board - more quiet than WOS.

(anyhow, now I've finished breakfast, I'm going back up to bed - it's 8:20AM now..

I`m not too pleased with telly here lately, those Quizz thingies everyone`s on about, never watched one really but FFS, ITV`s effing dissapeared after midnight !

I`d heavily reccommend you try and see a few episodes of TPB, I`d never heard of it `til last Christmas when someone turned up with the first five series and it blew me away (being a stoner) as it`s totally weed based, very character orientated. Put simply all they do is get pissed, grow and sell weed, and have scheme`s to try and make money. Every first episode of each season they get out of jail, and at the end of each season they.... which explains the gap between the series, as it`s initially supposed to be a docudrama, it`s a whole little world, with a nice feeling about the show. .. best Canadian thing I`ve seen. There`s a new film of it coming out over there anytime now, though it looks a little polished compared to the series. *fan ramble over* :)

Been meaning to get into Lost, missed first half of first series and then got to love it, then missed all of season two. Great prog but I guess you gotta not miss any episode.

Some episodes are a bit iffy, as with any other show. I think season 2 was better than season 1, but season 3 is the best so far. Pity there won't be any more episodes until the new year now, though.

Trailer Park Boys sounds like a typical Alberta redneck stereotype to me! I'll see if I can catch a few episodes.
