    Congratulations to Martijn and all those involved in the upkeep, another year of WOS and another year of Spectrum archiving.

    Let's hope that there are many more games to archive in the coming years.

    Will there be another chatroom meet like last year?

    Has anyone got a screenshot of WoS in the early days? I tried Archive.org but it only went back to 2001.

    Happy birthday WoS and congratulations Martijn this is the only site i use regularly, but as well the deserved congrats to Martijn congrats to all the forum members, this is the best spectrum site and the best forum i have ever used.

    Crikey, that was my first/second year of Uni too. I don't really recall the "birth" of WOS, tho' I do remember a time when I think Planet Sinclair was "the place to go" for ZX stuff... and didn't WOS used to be on nvg.unit.no or something? Or was that a different site? (edit - nope, that's Planet Sinclair :) )

    So WOS has now equalled the number of years the Spectrum itself clocked up in its 'commercial life'. Amazing!!

    congratulations WoS, and many thanks Martijn! Who woulda thought that when I opened that Sinclair box OVER 20 YEARS AGO (!!) I'd (We'd even) still be talking about it today! :)
