Question :
is the mic-socket buffered?
Or:
When I make an OUT to port 254 is the signal still there after the command or only during the OUT?
what i mean is:
Must I reset the OUT 254,1 with a OUT 254,0?
Please let me know!

Yes, that's what I mean, something like a 74373-ic

But also note that there is a DC blocking capacitor on the EAR port as well - so don't expect it to actually work like a latch's output in practise, well, certainly not for more than a few milliseconds at least.
