Football Director II

I fancy a bit of football management, and I'm going to give Football Director II a go, but my question is did anyone pay the £20 they we're asking for this game? and did anyone get it mail order which would require getting their parents to write a cheque and convincing them of it's worth, and finally did it ever receive a shop release.

    Yes, I split £10s each with a friend of mine when we bought it in a branch of Virgin in Glasgow.

    Ahem... it was returned the next Saturday with a "not working" excuse and we just bought a load of other games with the credit.

    Nope.

    the original was good enough for me, and the best football management game of them all right up until Champ Manager appeared on Amiga in the early 90's.

    Didn't realise it was so pricey when it came out. Mine was one of those 10p Carboot jobbies. Not sure if Ive ever played it tho!
