so i bit the bullet at signed up. to a pretty decent one.

got a hot girls number on friday, texting her over the weekend, got an invite to visit, result. she has mental problems, and spent a lot of time in therapy.

emailing a girl all day today, lives close, likes the same things as me, result. she has a disease. (wont say which one in case some of you know sufferers.)

i will let you know if i find a normal one.

(i may ask for my money back)

    Is it like one of those 'text girls in your area, only ?1.50 per text!!' which show up on Men and Motors and Channel 5 late at night?

    Is it just me, or all the girls on those ads ...well, not exactly attractive?

    i think its quite clever, it makes them look slutty and easy. more tempting than a bunch of models that you know wont be on the other end of the phone.

    I dated a girl with some form of anxiety disorder years ago, I didn't know it when I got involved.

    It was a bloody nightmare, I can tell you.

    Needless to say it lasted less than a month. I could not handle the freeky mood swings and the self induced trouble that just seemed to follow her where ever she whent.

    Well, a lot of people say to be careful with these dating sites..but then again, you gotta be careful who you pick up in a club..ya just don't know. Go for it.

    At least the girl is being honest. That could mean she wants to find someone who don't mind her problems..or she could be a crazy attention seeker lost in self pity, looking for sympathy..ya just don't know

    Agree with you there. I do think a fair few of us put ourselves in a higher league than we really deserve though !

    When you see some picture of some stunner saying 'call me' on some advert its laughable to think that some blokes really do think thats the type of girl which will be on the other end of the phone though

    Theres an ad in Retro Gamer which makes me laugh, its for mature ladies, the picture of the old hag they have really is shocking though. There are some nice older women but the one they choose really is very very poor (and no i havent called any of these numbers !), they do make me laugh when i see them though
