24/7 Chatroom connections

This is annoying. Some people have 24/7 connections to the chatrooms because they have either free internet or broadband.
So why can't people just declare they're AFK (Away from Keyboard) somehow so everyone will know?
I mean, neuro has been in for days without an answer. Has he gone on Holiday or suddenly died etc.?

    Most people do declare that they're AFK.
    Those that aren't AFK may just not want to talk to you...
    I mean, neuro has been in for days without an answer.

    What did he ask?
    Has he gone on Holiday or suddenly died etc.?

    I hope he hasn't died!
    Have you ever tried chatting with him?

    I've tried during the day (when I'm off school - at least once a week :)) But no-one's answering. Sometimes in the evenings too.
    But i've found something new: Funny Cartoons by Evil Monkey Productions. I'm setting up a new website with cartoons like that on :)
