Defender question (Blaby/Mikro-Gen)

Okay I've just been playing Blaby's Defender

and couldn't help noticing the similarity to Cosmic Raiders by Mikro-Gen:

despite being written by different people and published by different companies.

Perhaps there is a mix-up in infoseek? Or are these two games really identical?
