Is Penetrator 1982 or 1983 (as it states in the archive)?

A number of times in the Forum I have seen this game lauded as the best game from the Speccy's first year. I did a best game in 1982 thread a while back and Penetrator came out best, in spite of not being listed as an option. I seem to recall it as 1982. Is there strong evidence for 1983?

    Adverts for it start December 1982, but reviews start on March 1983 ... so I guess the release would be start of 1983.
