    It's ironic that the OGC was brought in by Blair to improve efficiency in govenment spending, yet waste £14,000 on a useless logo (despite the funny) than a collage intern could have done for free. Not to mention they now employ over 500 staff members, and over all have probably cost the government more.

    I'm guessing that the who ever worked at the graphic design house realised this and attempted reflect this in his work (and hopefully get away with it). I'm guessing the same people who did the graphics for the Olympics.
