CRASH 78 & Mel Croucher's Computer Fun Line
Someone contacted me and asked how they could get hold of Mel Croucher's Computer Fun Line. This was an audio item on the cover tape of CRASH 78, see ftp://ftp.worldofspectrum.org/pub/sinclair/magazines/Crash/Issue78/Pages/Crash7800003.jpg and ftp://ftp.worldofspectrum.org/pub/sinclair/magazines/Crash/Issue78/Pages/Crash7800005.jpg .
The Infoseek listing for the tape (http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0013530) doesn't mention it, but it does have "Cosmic Chaos (soundtrack)". After downloading, this is a slightly odd 5 second MP3 of someone laughing.
So:
1. Can Mel Croucher's Computer Fun Line be added to the Infoseek listing?
2. Does anyone have it as an MP3 or similar?

The trouble is the genre - the database only understands software, hardware and books; nothing else.
Sound tapes, magazines, etc., therefore don't get a listing, I'm afraid...
Enjoy!
There's a "d'oh" case here. Of course I can add the soundtrack to the index, as unlinked entry. So that's what I did - the uploaded soundtrack itself shall appear in due course. Thanks a lot for that!
It was meant to be funny? I never found it funny in the first place.
I'm ashamed to say that I listened to it every week. I was 15/16 at the time.
I also was a sucker for the SAM Coupe Hotline.
Both were run by Bruce Everiss, IIRC.
Yeah, but was it funny?
I agree with the other comment about Cosmic Chaos (soundtrack) being no longer required.
I only uploaded it for archive purposes - I never said it would be funny
Don't tell my parents ;)
