I would happily pay ?160 - ?170 but it might be worth more.

Whats the retail? just work that out and knock a few quid off so it would be a little cheaper than the retail price with shipping.

So if it all retails for 200 quid and shipping is 20....sell it for 170.

Retail would be ?180, but given the shortages of them I think you should easily be about to get ?170 for it in good nick.

Personally my answer to them would be "What, you want me to commit to a price, on the offchance that I might be a moron who has no sense of money and will therefore sell it to you at a knockdown price, when I could wait for 9 days and let market forces determine what its true value is, seeing as that's THE WHOLE GODDAMN POINT OF AN AUCTION and the reason I put it up on eBay in the first place rather than going to a car boot sale?"

...As you can tell, I don't sell very much on eBay.

Ask them to make you an offer and see what they come up with... you never know, they might value it more than you think.

My kids wanted a Wii at x-mas, but I just couldn't pay the over inflated prices they were going for at that time, so I waited it out. Between X-mas and New Year, I managed to pick up a virtually new Wii with Super Mario Galaxy, Guitar Hero III (Inc Guitar) and Call of Duty for £130... bargain!

Flippin heck i hope i get more than that for mine. Im selling a NINTENDO Wii + RESIDENT EVIL 4 + MARIO GALAXY + MARIOKART + WiiPLAY inc WiiMOTE + COMPONENT CABLE + XTRA NUNCHUK I was hoping for about £250. I'm not sure i would sell it for less than £200. I've just had one bloke ask if i would sell it for £100 !!!!!!!

No i succumbed to the shud ave put a reserve price on it'er :)

    it only had 10 watchers.

I think i'll keep it and get it chipped.

I must have had about 10 or 20 ask me to sell it off ebay, when i checked there feedbacks they were selling chipped wii's with 20 to 50 games. I thought Ebay didn't allow chipped consoles to be sold ?

They don,t but for Ebay to do anything the listings must get reported and then it might take 3 days for the listing to be removed. By which time the item might been sold.

Are there still shortages? They seem to be pretty plentiful as far as I can see.
