Oh f*ck me I promised myself I wouldn't get suckered, but I've now found myself watching the first episode of Cobra Kai.....What has happened to me? :))
Watched the first episode of Patrick Melrose, it was very strange and consisted of him constantly taking drugs. It was a bit like a night out in Airdrie town centre :))
Cobra Kai.....It's actually a decent "real" sequel to Karate Kid, none of this sh*tty b*llocks with Hilary Swank, or Will smiths kid learning Chinese KUNG FU in CHINA, but being called KARATE kid! I've said it before, and I'll say it again Karate is JAPANESE, why is that Will Smith's kid remake even a remake, why is it called "The Karate Kid" when he's learning kung fu from a Chinese instructor in f*cking CHINA!!!.....Did the entire world go blind on that one???

Or is Hollywood, and the entre universe of people who waste money going to the cinema uneducated, and ignorant? Really, that is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to all movies. The remake of Karate Kid, it's so wrong. It's wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong!!!!!!!

Everything you've just said. The entire movie was just an utter pile of ****. The taking-coat-on-and-off... well, it just wasn't wax-on, wax-off was it? And the final kick to win it?? Okay, the crane kick was a bit naff (and Daniel should have been disqualified for a head kick anyway), but a backwards somersault that most Olympic class gymnasts would struggle with. What a load of crap.
Like Boozey just watched Cobra Kai, even though I promised myself I wouldn't. It's decent, really much better than it had any right to be. They've done a good job of getting you to sympathise with Johnny Lawrence, and he's still as big a dick as he was in the movie. Recommended.
Just watched possibly the worst film ever made, it starred David Carridine and was called The Warrior and the sorceress. It had terrible acting, a rubbish plot but boobs all over the place. The main female lead was topless for the entire movie! There was also a weird exotic dancer scene where the dancer had 4 boobs. The film was a mess..

Watched the finale to The Middle last night. I reckon it was the best of the american family sit-coms of the last few years (although Malcolm in the Middle will always be the best). Good, relateable characters and some really funny story lines. Thankfully it improved vastly from the atrocious first episode when they realised they should base it around the family and not just the mom.
Downloaded the first series of Ballers starring Dwayne Johnson as a few people at work said i should give it a try. Watched the first 3 episodes and seems not bad so far.
