Too early to really form an opinion but House of the dragon seems more talky and political than GoT but still very watchable. My mate texted me this morning moaning at the lack of nudity! He was expecting GoT levels of boobs! :))
Trump Rally in Wikles -Barre. Thought it might be a laugh, but it's all the usual god fearing talk and rockets red glare by some drongo...I gotten bored.
Rings of Power dropped yesterday, and it's getting eviscerrated! Looks like my dodgy Russian hosted streaming website has it up already too....I may have to indulge myself tonight! I have to know how sh*t it actually is! :))
We watched the first two episodes and it wasn't half as bad as the trailers made it look. It might not be quite to book canon, but I don't know that anyway.
I found it a bit slow (I've only watched the first ep.), by wifey showed an interest too, so might be something to watch together. It left me wondering what happens next, which is a good thing. So keeping my expectations low, and saving it for something to do on the quiet boring bit of Sundays.
I found a programme on Sky Boxsets when i was looking for something to watch. Found a show called True Blood (from the creator of six feet under) where vampires coexist with humans. Kind of fantasy show. Watched 3 episodes but i suspect it's going to wander into Twilight style vampire romance. I'll give it a few more episodes.
Just watched the Grand Prix. I thought it was very dangerous how they let the cars go through the pits, and then allowing the cars to pit whilst Bottas's car was being recovered on the start/finish straight when it broke down. The pitlane was very narrow and there were a lot of service personnel about in the pit boxes. There was an unsafe release as one car left it's pit box in front of another car just passing through due to the Bottas car recovery. Thought they were quite silly doing that especially allowing pit stops, like they went back in time there to the less safe days.

The first two or three seasons are great. But it all becomes a bit "baddies become goodies and goodies become baddies" confusing mess after that and when Aunt Petunias appalling season ended I'd had enough.
But watch it whilst it's great. Because it is for a while until it falls off a cliff.
Rings of Power! 10 minutes in, and I hate it already! The scenery is video game RPG scenery!.....The first time it panned out, and showed civilisation, all I thought was Mos Eisley Space Port! Even though it looks nothing like it! :))

It's got good special effects. Didn't realise it started back in 2008 but should have realised when everyone was using flip phone mobiles! :))
20 minutes in black Hobbits with shite Irish accents?...and I mean really shite like "Whale! Oil! Beef! Hooked!" shite! Is this offensive? :))
EDIT: 25 minutes in and the Irish accents are so bad it's bothering me! "Oi've told yer!", and so on...."That is how we survoive! loike yer faaaather!"...Might as well add "to be sure" to the end of everything they say, and follow up everything they say with "May the road rise with yer"...
Gonna cut it short because I've been awake way beyond where I should have been, but I literally hate Elrond with a passion already, and Celebrimbor is also completely b*llocks! I've seen so much I don't like, yet I'm strangely sold.....I have no idea if it's because I want to see it fail, or I secretly want to like it.....It's got a long way to achieve the latter of the 2 that's for sure!
Visuals would be amazing if it was a video game, but it's not! Although you can see the influences...

No Potatoes, and jelly was just the stuff up the blokes arse, and the medical team safely removed both items....
Never do, it's quite unpleasant!
Oh christ on a bicycle I'd forgotten about Blue Waffles! :-&
