Fish supper vs healthy food

It's 3pm here in Scotland and i'm wondering what to have for dinner. As it's Saturday should i have a big, greasy fish supper from the chippy around the corner or have a low-fat curry i have in the fridge?
What do you think???

Nicked from my usual fish and chips site
Apart from fish and chips being a delicious tasty dish, fish is very healthy being high in B vitamins and protein. Add potatoes (chips) to it and you've got yourself a nutritious, balanced meal. However, quite a lot of fat is used in frying and so eating bread or peas with your fish and chips will help to balance out the fat intake. Eating thick cut chips is much healthier than thin fries because they soak up less fat. Typically, thin fries contain around 15% fat compared to 7% in thick cut chips.

The last takeaway curry i had was disgusting. I swear it had human remains in it! It put me off for life. I might go for a chinese tonight though. I fancy a chicken sweet and sour.

My new favourite Chinese dish is Singapore Chow Mein. Used to be a curry man but this is much tastier. It's very spicy though so don't go for it unless you like your food hot.

Szechuan beef, is probably my fave chinese food, In England and in the US, or Beef and Sweetcorn from the Kwok Poa on heaton road or, Peninsula on Chilly road in Heaton, Newcastle. They don't do Beef and Sweetcorn at the chinese take outs here in the US (or at least not where I'm living, dunno about anywhere else).

As for the chippy, I don't like fish, so my greasy crap of choice would be Smokey and chips, or a battered sausage (which I still have great difficulty ordering without laughing) and chips, usually accompanied by mushy peas, or that awful industrial curry :D

I quite like those Beanies though, but I don't think chippies sell em anymore? The battered burgers from my local lardbox weren't bad either, almost squelching with grease though
    Every night is curry night!

A fish supper is basically fish and chips.

So is a "chip supper" just two portions of chips?

Get me a white pudding supper while you're at it..oh and a deep fried pizza, a mock chop supper. I'd have a fish supper, but only if its Haddock and not one of those skanky whitefish that feeds at the sewer pipe.

    Health freaks annoy me.
