Love the user comment "Where do you put these, in your lab or in your bed?", "These Quantum particles can be in two places at once".

Ahh, Physicists humour, can't beat it. (Perhaps, apart from UNIX jokes) :D

Also the higgs boson cuddly toy would probably be a good investment if they didn't actually find it in reality.

    We call our cat Boson!
    Not that he has integer spin, or can walk through other cats of course!

    He's not Shrodinger's Cat though, he is well and truly alive.

    Hehe, You are right - it was one of the modules I studied back in uni, and it certainly was fun to learn about. I've forgotton most of it nowadys TBH, since I've worked in IT ever since.

    Perhaps the thread should have been called "Particle physics made fluffy". :D
