I tell you what's beyond parody - it's that video message Ringo Starr put out to his fans "peace and love and I'm not signing anything" in the faux californian accent. It's really funny because near the end he slips back into his native scouse when he exclaims "Nothing!". Unfortunately, he's become a parody of himself.
