Should be 1987, not 1986 (the conversion took AGES!)

    Hmmm, this one might be borderline. Reviewed *just* enough into 1987 to make me think it was just too late for Xmas 1986.

    The cassette inlay on WOS actually says 1986, but that's not necessarily an indication of its release date.

    I get the feeling that conversions and ports in general will muddy the waters here...

    If this is any help I remember wanting this for my birthday (which is Christmas Eve), but I know that I didn't get it for my birthday or christmas. It was definitely the next year when I finally got hold of it, but that's not to say it wasn't realeased in the week between Christmas and new Year. My gut reaction is that it was released very early in 1987.
