Iwo Jima instructions incomplete! (PSS)

These scanned instructions appeared the 21st october in 'What's New?' section.
I was about to type it up when I found that pages 14 & 15 are missing, and 12 & 13 are repeated!

    ah just found it, mine is the combo pack with Battle for Midway and Iwo Jima, not the original of Iwo Jima.
