Corrections to "Cobra Software"

There are 3 names under this label. All of them are absolutely different Cobra's :)

First "Cobra Computer Software" (Jolly Duplicator) is definitely not from Russia, may be from England? Dunno that.

Second is "Cobra Soft" (DoomDemo), from Ukraine, Kharkov.

Last one (10x10 Puzzle) "Cobra Software" is from Ukraine, Lvov.

The 3 publishers were untangled and the entries corrected.
There was another error: the Doom demo was listed twice; once as a game demo (.trd) and once incorrectly as a scene demo (.tap). These 2 entries were merged as well.
