I mean a crossover ethernet cable (but u can try a regular ethernet cable because I have read that the 360 is smart enough to distinguish them and act accordingly)
Now,if u want to have Live as well, just hook me both into a hub with regulat etherner cables (an give manual IPs to avoid the DHCP trouble).
I believe the ethernet cable that comes with the Elite/Pro console is all you need to link the 2 Xbox 360's together. The xbox 360's do the crossover automatically or something so you don't need ethernet hubs or special system link cables.
You will need 2 copies of the game too and 2 TV's too I suppose. :)
Yeah...it's just a case of sticking the Ethernet you get with it between the consoles and firing the games up on both....My cousin and I did it with Halo 3 when I got my Xbox..

As always, please post the answer here if you find it, in case anyone else ever needs to know.
cheers green. It basically just tells me to read the manual, which i was going to do. but people experiences are always more helpful. :)
It does tell you what cables you want and stuff too, erm, and stuff... jeeeeeeeez!! :-D

If that is the case, then there should be one in the box. There, mile... happy now?!

can't you just use the ethernet cable? you have to downlaod something onto your PC though first.
I have no idea. I've just downloaded Xplorer, so I'll fire it up and give it a bash.
EDIT: Ok, so I've tried it and no joy... but then I have no idea what I'm doing!! Yes, I am useless!!
