Lego games

edited March 2009 in Chit chat
I've got all 3 Lego games (Star Wars, Indy, Batman) for the Wii

I was just wondering what people would like to see next

for me Spiderman would be great and Harry Potter is a no brainer.

    Dawn of the Dead
Oh, no. Every time you turn up something monumental and terrible happens.
I don’t think I have the stomach for it.

Real LEGO in shops would be nice ;) Now that Wollies have gne, it's getting really hard to find decent sets. Argos is the only decent place and even then, it's mainly branded sets these days (Star Wars, Indy etc). I remember a couple of years ago, I really fancied building a LEGO castle, like the one I had as a kid. I spent ages looking for one, but gave up in the end. (And before someone mentions E-bay ar Amazon, I wasn't really that desperate)

I've got the Indy game. Got frustrated with Star Wars and gave up a few years ago, maybe I was just in the wrong mood for it at the time.

I had lego racers bundled with an old laptop, whilst it was obviously aimed at kids, I thought it was too cutesy and safe, the cars didn't get beat up and smashed up enough.

Lego Destruction Derby would be cool.

The Indy game I've played a little bit, looks okay though.

Bob mate, you want to get your arse down to Lakeside if you can stomach it, they have a lego shop. All the different bricks are all stored in huge see-thru tubs, bucket loads of fresh clean plastic in glorious colours..... hmmmmm dribble dribble.... its a great little shop.

I wouldn't mind a few hundred thousand free lego bricks, I'd probably start by building a cantelever bridge, when I was a kid, I always built pyramid-type things, to stop the structures falling over when they got too tall, I'd like another crack at that now. Built a 6ft high thing out of my nephews bricks for him, took me 2 hours, took him 20 seconds to smash it up again.

i really enjoyed the star wars games and the indy game, haven't got into the batman one.

the humour is always great and the sounds are spot on, ie the bricks.

star trek would be a good one i think, they have a lots of different species to depict. the prob with indy was that they didn't have enough characters as star wars. they could fill two games with all the star trek characters.

and lord of the rings would be quite good too.

With all the publishing thats gonig on over the console web things (little big planet, user created maps etc) I'd put my money on lego doing something similar, like build your own vehicals, space ships, towns.
If a game where to come out on a console where you could build a city brick by brick, i'd certainly buy it. but as a previous poster mentioned its all brands now, so it may never appear. Imagine animal crossing, but in a town you created, that'd be kick ass.

    Lego Judge Dredd
    Lego Thundercats
    Lego Transformers
Lego War Of The Worlds (Proper Victorian version)

That sounds awesome! (that is for those of us who like Lego)

I've been playing with Lego on my old computer for over 10 years now, they were allowed to use the SupersSape engine for a while. Fun little prog where you can create all sorts of Lego things. And you never run out of bricks either.

Definitely looking forward to this addition to the Lego universe.

Gone back to Lego Star Wars recently, it's good fun. Played some of Lego Batman and it has some nice additions like the Batarang, although the vehicle sections did some overly long. Will probably pick up Indy too.

As for the next Lego adaptation... Lego Star Trek please!

    I'd prefer Lego B5 :-P
