yeah in bed wi me dinner was great although the title confussed me at first.
i like the starting credits and the way the set/his flat always changed in the series. proper class, a bit like a low budget version of TV burp.
another i remember was a film review show but with a could of manky guys in a video shop.
I thought Focus North would've been more your cup o' tea for late night viewing, since it was set round your neck of the woods. I remember it was presented by some plain jane looking bint, with big norks, and that really annoying old git, who used to do the TV adverts for something like DFS or Allied Carpets. It was a crap program really, wasn't funny at all even though it was supposed to be.
on my girlfreinds tv we get the north east regional news, it funny to compare the weather girls from each region. never seen focus north but i know the guy your on about, he still does those adverts i think.
tbh though i hate all those regional programs, they are always something shit about a canal or a mill. i imagine down south their regional progs are all about sexy night clubs with celebs doing coke and having swinger parties, while all i get to watch is some spaz talking about emley moor mast!!

A few years back each ITV region did their own best of so and so regional output to celebrate so many years of ITV.
Our region is what was 'HTV West' and was very dull and talking about farming and shit so we re-tuned the Sky box to the region that Central used to be called as the father in law used to work for ATV in Birmingham, they even made the muppet show but only marred by the silly accent.
