    DEMON_TOTTINGTON_2009_05_21Info hashe5ab4a7ece53c9a4235460d34744278f91a7de2bDescriptionDEMON - HARK TO TOWLER, TOTTINGTON, BURY UK 2009_05_21 (AUD_FLAC)

LINEAGE-ZOOM H2 Recorder-CA 11 mics -Greenmachine battery box>USB to PC>Raised highs and mids in Magix Audio Cleaning Lab v11>Split tracks and convert to FLAC (Level 8) in CD Wave Editor.

SHOW NOTES - This is quality. Always been a fan but due to the apathy of the British music scene, they've rarely played UK shows -especially in the later part of their 30 year career. The Hark To Towler is a great little venue with a really nice in house PA system and I've never heard a bad sound in here, and tonight was no exception- despite a few issues with the bass at the start of the set. There was an enthusiastic if somewhat sparse crowd on hand for the bands first visit to Greater Manchester in 28 years.

If you don't know who DEMON are, don't be put off by that name- they are equal parts melodic rock/metal mixed with some almost Floydian moments, especially on their late 80's albums.
