    Its an Input/output board using an 8255, so 3 x 8 bit I/O ports.

    Maybe it helped that someone asked the seller what was written on the chips and het wrote it at the bottom of the auction ;-)

    Is anyone planning on putting in a bid on this? I'm not. but one of my lecturers at college gave me a very similair board for a Spectrum he used it whilst developing a project. Still have it somewhere.

    Which leads me to another question, has or does anyone use a Spectrum for any real world application? If so what?
