Eep!!
I thought it was too... hence my post!!
Netherlands 1 million, England minus 10 million.
But we should have notched up 200 runs when we had the chance. We were too complacent, and didn't really show the opposition the respect they deserved.
Looks like you are thrashing Pakistan in today's game, so cheer bloody up you lot!

The Netherlands are one of the best non test playing nations and have hosted the ICC trophy. Most of there players are professional cricketers rather than part timers. Still a piss poor result for England though.
Define "real cricket". Twenty20 is pure entertainment, you''ll have to grant it at least that much. And it's bringing back the crowds.
So, Australia vs Sri Lanka. Must win for former. Would be pretty ironic if Australia went sailing out of the world cup! Best team in the world and all that.

Re: Holland - these guys ARE a really good team and over 40 overs can beat anyone, especially with our Essex Lad (!) Ryan Ten Doeschate who has possibly the coolest name in cricket. They have other good players though, Reekers and De Groot are good strikers of the ball and Nannes would get into a few test sides.
20/20 is all about entertainment and that's fine but any real cricket fan will appreciate more the tactics and nuances of a five day test any time.
However the administrators are in danger of killing this cash cow though - attendances for domestic 20/20 matches are already down this year...
