Just a thought but I think if you are looking for the healthy eating options then [strike]the ?1 pizza aisle in[/strike] Iceland isn't the best starting place.
fixed.
worst place I've ever bought food. their 'king prawn curry' had king prawns the size of 1p's and they were rock hard when cooked. literally couldn't bite through them! will never shop in one again unless emergency
An assembly of haricot reposing on a duplex of locally sourced griddled snow-wheat, drizzled with an impudence of fruit de lycopersicum. The ensemble is garnished with a coarse atomisation of black poivre noire.

Very good, Chef R-Tape, your description truly captures the dish. You have however forgotten the title:
Classic. In fact, I've half a mind to have that tonight.
Nope. Got rolls to go with soup tonight, then giant yorkshire tomorrow with stew (or maybe chilli?) filling. Maybe Saturday brunch, before I head on up to visit family.
Me and the wife just ate a massive roast chicken dinner, that one of my ma's neighbours made us and brought down to the house.
I'm not really in the mood to eat much these days, but I was thankful for something to eat that didn't come out of the microwave, or wasn't drowned in chilli sauce and handed to me by a nice turkish gentleman behind a counter...
Argh, I've become the sort of person who posts photos of their dinner.
Toasted home-made bread (by Mrs Spoons no less - I suppose that makes it "artisan" bread), fried red onion and mushroom, half a tin of beans, handful of chilli flakes, dollop of Marmite, and an afterthought of spinach. Not half bad actually.

obviously she wasn't a fan, thought it would have been interesting as she was american and not seen the wonder that is frey bentos etc :D
(no 2nd date.. ah well :) , I never mention my retro-ness till later.. I don't want em going after me rare m-a-c's :) )

Ah. So that's what Peter Andre shops for in Iceland and takes back to his mansion.
Is this the beginning of the next "Fappening"?

Welcome to the fold brother.
I'd be very happy to be served a B.o.T variant like that.
Your journey to the dark side is now complete, MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA !!!!

I'll be back again sometime in the future, but I'll not be staying at my old house ever again :(
By the time I come back the place will probably be a pit of students.
