Campbell Systems duplicate entry

There doesn't need to be separate entries for Disassembler & Editor and SPDE under Campbell Systems, as SPDE is the Campbell Systems Disassembler & Editor. Only one entry is needed; I'd vote for SPDE, as that's the title under which it was advertised; although, as you'll see from the two identical screenshots, it was called Disassembler & Editor in the program.

    yep, I made the tzx of this.

    Will dig out the inlay scan and upload it.
