A Spectrum-ish conversation...
I was yesterday having my hair cut in a british barbershop, and I was having a talk with the barber about the world, countries, economical crisis...etc, when he mentioned that there was a rich british who recently bought a huge hotel here in Malaga...and the name of the guy was Alan Sugar!! I told him that I knew him and that I have some computers from his Amstrad brand (which he knew about), the Spectrums, and he said, "yes, the Spectrum, I know it", but then I stopped talking about that since I didnt want to look like a geek, and since he only said that.
for those who one to know about the hotel he bought :

It's curious how the Spectrum can still turn up in conversations 25 years later!

And what's wrong with being a geek? :)
Interestingly, it turns out that in my present company there are at least 3 people who owned a Spectrum previously as their very first computer. Small world indeed!
