What are peoples opinions on this game basicaly i think it finaly provides a functionality that many people asumed theyed be getting straight out of the box when they purchased there wii in the first place.I dont mean hardend console purchasers like yourselves but people buying for the fist time basicaly nintendos core customers. Will this damage nintendos reputation or will people just cough up the cash.

not got it, ive got a wii, but apart from the odd community game, i have been less than impressed.

maybe if they do something cool with the motion thing, like a proper sword fighting game i'd get the add on. it just feels like the machine has yet to get going. apart from some great games like house of the dead, there doesn't seem to be a killer game on there.

I'm sticking with EA Active on Wii, so I'll probably never get this unless someone buys it as a prezzie for me or STeaMette.

TBH, I found Wii Sports cool for about a week. EA Active is bloody knackering - even on the lowest level! Actually, I busted my ankle on EA Active the other week...Grrrrr!!!

But I found nowadays that we tend to play more adventure/P&C type stuff on the Wii, so we can both sit on the settee rather than crowd around the PC.

Just completed Gravity on the Wii...now I found that game REALLY addictive despite reading everywhere that it was poop.

*Cough* Resi 4, Mario Galaxy... two of the best games this gen, and before it's pointed out, I know RE4 was previous gen, but the Wii controls took it from being a good game to a classic one IMO. I understand what you're getting at though, for a machine that has sold 50 million + there aren't enough killer apps for it (although I've been using mine a fair bit recently).

Back on topic - I'm struggling to tell if it will be a seller or not. I thought the fitness board was going to be a huge flop so that proves I know naff all. It will probably sell on the strength of the original Wii Sports and apparently there are some very good events on it (table tennis) and some real duffers.

Incidentally has anyone played Resident Evil Archives yet? What a lazy conversion that is; nothing updated apart from the controls from what I've seen so far, it doesn't even have a widescreen option! Still a good game though :-)
