New vampire movie.....

OK, so its a tenuous link in that I used to write Speccy games, and err, there's nothing Speccy in my little movie, but I'm looking for feedback because I'm into amateur filmmaking (and I don't mean nuffink mucky, although apparently fro enjoys filming young students ;-) ).

Check out:

I'm also toying with making a sort of Spectrum history/ documentary in the future. Wondered if anybody out there would be interested in collaborating??

Cheers

That has only just registered! You B*st*rd!

My film doesn't have anything sexual in it! I wouldn't do that! There is a bit with toes and a misplaced knee, but that is all.

    Anyways, you want feedback. Okay.

The video is very good - although I think you should play down the initial sinister aspects of the loverly young ladies (calm down Jof -toes and knee, toes and knee) - play them 'normal' (though because of the sound track this would be hard to do - you need to have them fun loving and talking), before you reveal them as the threat.

You should have played more on the 'dead' girl (we don't know she is dead at first) and you should work on playing the sword handler (ha!) more - make him (ha!) a threat before giving him the reason for revenge.

Things should happen faster - the bits with the teeth should come as a shock! The threat is the women.

Anyway - it's really good! And held my interest.

I know how hard it is to do this stuff!

    More please.

EDIT: I think I would have droped the Whiskey stuff (matched to the song lyrics?) - or have the person writing instead of reading.

Thanks for the feedback!! All taken onboard, ready for the next project --- this one's live, so can't change it now :-) And the whiskey thing links to the book the film represents, so it would actually make a lot more sense after reading the book.

And hey, I knew you'd like all those lovely young ladies ;-) and you noticed they had bare knees and toes, you old cad. Spiffing!!

And, err, what did you beat me to? The Spectrum film? If so, your link must be wrong. I'd love to see it.

No. Posting a link to your film. I posted this reply hours ago, but seems to have gotten lost! So am reposting it.

It's probably in the porn section.
