The loading screen for
Cosmic Cruiser
has (Steve) Cain on it but not in the WoS listing.

The late Steve Cain also did the loading screen for
Cobra
(the green stuff in the lower right spells 'Cain') and is uncredited. It also shows off his ace tiny font along the bottom.
