I very much doubt it's Kevin Smith, since none of the games he worked on have this signature.
So I just added KEV.

are there any other "kevin" 's that worked for firebird at that time?!?!
I thought he might not include it on that specific loading screen since it was his game.. and maybe it's mentioned on the title screen?
like "SiR" and "STE" who did work for firebird on c64 , they got called in to only do the loading screens.

Telecomsoft commissioned artists on various cases; those didn't work for them in-house but as an independent contractor. The one we're looking for now may be one of those...
