I'm looking for some good images to depict software failures. Its always when you look for things you cannot find any. So I'm asking for your kind help.

The images can be funny or they can be dramatic, but not gourey.

    Didn't someone here post a clip from Robocop II, where a new Robocop - with a monitor for a face - goes blue screen and starts shooting people?
