As per the inlay card (lower far left) the game apparently is also:

(C) PROEIN, S.A.
Distributed by Proein, Soft Line.

I notice the second line has a comma between Proein and Soft Line ... of importance or a mistake in this case? (i.e. one company vs. two)

    Yes, Proein SOft Line was just the distributor, like Erbe Software. :)

    Commas between company name parts aren't of particular interest, as they don't always appear. Similarly, whether a company is incorporated or not isn't always listed in the individual titles.
    In this case we're talking about the label "Proein Soft Line" which is a label for "Proein S.A." (as listed in Infoseek).
