Sinclair ZX 48K rubber keyed faulty

I bought a faulty Sinclair ZX 48 K. Power on and the screen shows only 4 vertical white bars. Nothing other happend. I swapped the ULA and it is ok. PSU is already ok.

Any idea what's wrong?
