Since the TV icon and the load/save options does not has any keys or numbers next to them, gives me the feeling that you have some of mouse pointer/moving cursor to give commands.
Please do not ask me about the kind of game it is.
This might mean that it is some kind of "unusual" game type, which if known should be a good clue. So perhaps not the typical arcade jumper type of game.
Some puzzle maybe, but the saving/loading option is kind of strange. There were not that many games where you could save your progress.
Do you want to award this one to Moroz as he was 95% there - I'll hold off posting the next one.
Yes, it's Spooked. You go ahead: although moroz1999 was correct in the description he did not provide the name of the game :-) and as far as I understand, that's what counts here, otherwise I'd declare his answer "correct" a few messages back.

Zombi?
Shard of Inovar?

Mercenary maybe?
I can see your thinking there, as the font for the numbers looks the same.
It is a text style adventure, with icons for the main commands, like ZZZZ (yes, I know it's not ZZZZ)?
Please do not ask me about the kind of game it is. Anyway, for this time only, it's not :)

Thus, in my opinion, it could be a chess-like game/strategy/what have you.
Hence the clue one message back.
Try this:
Camelot Warriors.
Can't remember the name though :)
I had it under the name Spookie, but I'm not sure.
Whereas with Pentac I think posting the full screenshot would not have helped much.
Or do like I did with my last challenge ... take the whole screen but rub out what gives it away (keeps the same screen-size minus the LARGE hint).
