Pete Ranson (middle initial)
Hey Martijn, do you also want to know people's middle initials?
(so as to keep a complete record of who's who, i.e. to make sure there are no doubles with the same name)
I noticed Pete Ranson is co-credited with Captain Dynamo and the loading screen has PJR in the upper right corner.

Now I checked out New York Warriors
And I notice two things in the High Score table:
1. Pete is Peter (and he's the artist so he should know how to spell it)
EDIT He might not have coded his own name though, maybe R.F.W. misspelled it?
2. Pete may have the middle initial A
What say you on this?
New York Warriors
Imported by M.S. and Will lower right (???)
Is this is a legit copy in the archive? Why does the screen say March 27th '91 when the game came out in '90? (well, ok, late '90)
Check original .tzx, there are no any initials. Current loading screen in Infoseek database comes from "hacked" version.
Yes, we aim to maintain these, and they are sometimes really needed.
Most famous: Mark A. Jones vs. Mark R. Jones.
MobyGames also figures Pete Ranson and Peter Ranson are the same person (makes sense, as Pete is just short for Peter).
There's also a Paul Ranson, who is his brother, and responsible for setting up Big Red Software. Pete(s) worked for this company as well.
So, what I did is rename "Pete Ranson" to "Peter J. Ranson". Hopefully it's correct...
