spectrum emulator for Xbox 360

edited January 2010 in Emulators
could this be done as an indy game?

it would have to be written in C sharp and couldn't be freely distributed.

so would there be copywrite issues? (apart from the games etc)

love to hear your comments.

Well there is [something or other]. :)

@Martijn, perhaps this should be on the WoS Emulator page as well?

    The download contains denied games.

    nice one. cheers arjun.

if it does contain links to denied games maybe the link shouldn't be put up, but certainly it should be mentioned? stops people like me asking. :p

    its an interesting emulator.

shame the download seems to contain all the denied games.

it isn't possible to launch it on the 360 without a creators account (about a tenner a month from microsoft) and it's not going to be launched on xbox live because of the copyright issues and the inability to load roms from the machine.

seems to me though it could be possible to have one as a download but with only the roms that the authors are happy with being released, eg the newer ones??

i assume amstrad will let you emulate thier machine and sell the emulator.
