I've not had any alcohol for about 2 months. Nowadays I have to persuade myself that its worth drinking. No idea why, and I don't miss it. Mrs Cheese and I went through all the beer and wine in the house and poured all the out of date stuff away over Christmas. I wonder if the neighbours think we are alcoholics due to the amount of empies we put out over that time.

I did the same the other day , but with cans of fizzy drinks, threw out about 40 cans of out of date pop, I did empty them out first, down the drain, and squashed the cans for recycling.
Every time I read that the oldest person in the world has died, I have to do a quick check to see it isn't ME..........

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, I'd have to have at least 6 cans of 'Wife Beater'.
My New Years resolution was to cut that out. So far, I'm doing well; having a glass or two of Merlot and haven't bought a single can so far this year.
