What's the story with 19 part II?

Does any one know why the game was never made?

I've always wanted to play part 1 since I was a kid (my older cousins had it but wouldn't let me play...) but I never seem to get my hands with the keys...

    The publisher (Artronic Products, the new name for Cascade Games) went bust before it was finished...
