Keyboard Connectors

I quite often get asked by people if we can supply replacement keyboard connectors for the Spectrum and ZX81

Apart from de-soldering some from old motherboards, does anyone have any other suggestions or possible sources?

I remember asking in my local electronics shop about this years ago and just got a blank look :( , I even took an old desoldered one to them a while afterwards and they said no, nor could they get any.

To be fair, this was years ago and they did check a few catalogues.

It was back when I attempted to do something to my 48K, although memory escapes me on to why I needed replacements...
