ebay feedback policy?
it's against policy for bidders on there to hold your feedback ransom regarding things...
but surely it's against policy sellers to demand positive feedback before a partial refund?
why would I wanna give the guy feedback , and yer I'm not gonna lie and say he was a great seller.. coz thats a crock.. I told him I'd leave them NO feedback.
thats what some cheeky little git has asked me to do after selling me 2 duff machines. they were a proper time waster as well.
has anyone ever had this happen to them..

I have been buying on E-Bay for about 8 years now and up untill Christmas, I have only had one duff trader. However since Christmas I have had 4 dodgy dealers, who eventually refunded, so that they could keep the goods, as they probably didn`t get anything like what they wanted for them. I have helped finance 4 peoples Christmas celebrations, unwillingly I might add.
Yes they have all claimed that the goods have been lost in transit, but yet they are very happy to refund in full to a complete stranger who could have been trying it on, I think not. Though of course it has taken nearly three months to get the refund agreed.
So I am all fired up to leave some bad feedback, so next time you get a bid on Scrabble, be scared, be very scared !;)
you could if you wanted IF it was based on fact. I would hate to mislead people TBH so try by best to make sure that never happens BEFORE selling.
what this seller did and is trying to do.. make me fib to get a refund, which is against my nature.. whether it be 10p scrabble or ?10k mire mare.hehe I can't say it was great as it was probably easy in my top 5 of BS sellers on there.
I just think the seller in my case has been quite snide about it "seems to work" as a get out clause in the description.. and well that was the major fault.. minor one was games were not as they seemed.. sure they had covers.. but I can't recall TDK making games ;) .
but I'm just curious as it's a case of feedback extortion works both ways? and not just for the buyer... I'm not gonna help him sell more things to other unsuspecting folk by making out he's great.. when it's far from the case.
I'm just curious if others have had this issue also and where they stood, resolved it? as they have tried to keep the messages to email and NOT ebay on purpose.. it's rather calculated.
I will give him a few more days then report him, he does think he is a bit of a "boy" and well I seem to run into a few on flea-bay sadly.. the majority of folk are on point, just a shame for these fk-wits.
he can't threaten me anyway.. well he can.. but it's empty and he would be polite to me in person :) .. fro and yaself won't be polite .. but I wouldn't expect anything different..haha
